At U-Glow® and prelytics®, our team is more than just the sum of its parts – it is our greatest strength. We are a young company from the Ruhr region, the heart of NRW. Even though we have little to do with coal, we carry within us the essence of the mining virtues that are deeply rooted in our home region. We have transferred these virtues – from courage and team spirit to responsibility – to the working environment of the 21st century.

Whether you are technically oriented or see your strengths in business services – we have the right programme for everyone. We attach great importance to ensuring that you can develop your skills in a targeted manner and feel supported in the best possible way on your individual path.
1. Technical Development Track
In the Technical Development Track, we expect our developers to have a sound knowledge of Python and the ability to work confidently in GIT. Practical experience is particularly important to us – which you can prove through a GIT reference. This development path offers you the chance to deepen your technical expertise in an agile environment and work on exciting, forward-looking projects.
We offer you the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the areas of software development, data analysis, systems engineering, prototyping and testing. If you are passionate about Large Language Models (LLM), algorithms and all the fascinating aspects of our specialisms, you’ve come to the right place.
2. Business Service or Cross-Domain-Track
The Business Service or Cross-Domain Track is aimed at all those who want to expand their expertise in non-technical areas. Here we place particular emphasis on excellent communication skills, which is why a German level of at least C1 is required. In addition, a high level of self-motivation and a structured way of working are particularly important to us. In this track, you will have the opportunity to develop overarching skills and take on a central role in linking different business areas.
